Domino and IIS 7.5 on Windows 2008 R2: I did it!

Hi,

It might be a bit too late, but I managed to make IIS 7.5 works with Domino 8.5.1 on Windows 2008 64bit R2.

First of all, the WAS Plug-in 7.5 doesn't exist. We even called IBM about this and they couldn't find it.

So I used the WAS Plug-in 7.0.0.9 64bit which I downloaded from the IBM web site:

(Follow this post... I wouldn't have found it otherwise!)

I did pretty much the same steps as I used to do with IIS 6 on Windows 2003. It's just that IIS 7.5 UI takes some time to get used to. I was kind of lucky to make it works on the first try as there are no documentation for IIS 7.5/Windows 2008.

I did a very complete procedure on how to setup this. It's too long to post here... but If you still need it, leave me your email address and I'll send it to you.
